Each “fix" (aka healthy habit) is introduced one at a time so that you can practice incorporating it in your daily routine.

  • Free download and use of the 12 Fixes App with exclusive access to track and view group progress over the course of the Program

  • Daily support, accountability, tips, recipes, and suggestions via your group's online communication platform to assist you in overcoming barriers to adding these habits to your routine

  • Option for lifetime access to materials (repeat the 12 Fixes as many times as desired for sustained healthy habits as your life changes)

  • Ability to sign up as an individual or as part of a group

WHO CAN JOIN THE PROGRAM?

Any adult 18 years and up can participate in the Program. The Fixes can be incorporated into any dietary plan, regardless of restrictions, since the Program is a non-diet approach to implementing healthy habits. The Program is not designed for children, adolescents, or those struggling with disordered eating.
