WHAT IS THE 12 FIXES TO HEALTHY CHALLENGE?
The 12 Fixes to Healthy Challenge is a 12-week structured group wellness program to support you in adopting the most impactful 12 healthy habits (with an emphasis on nutrition) to boost your health and well-being. Every Monday, a new "fix" (aka healthy habit) is introduced and points will be awarded for implementing the healthy habit into your day-to-day routine.

WHO CAN JOIN THE CHALLENGE?
Any adult 18 years and up can participate in the Challenge. The Fixes can be incorporated into any dietary plan regardless of restrictions since it takes a non-diet approach to implementing healthy habits.
