Hello, I’m Larissa — Registered Dietitian, Behavioral Health Researcher, Public Health Specialist, and Founder of The Global Harvest RD. I work with high-achieving professionals who want to feel better in their bodies but feel overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice, years of diet culture, and the pressure to attain unrealistic bodies. Many have tried plans that worked temporarily, only to feel stuck, frustrated, or unsure how to move forward in a way that actually fits their lifestyle.

My approach blends nutrition science, behavior change theories, and real-world practicality. Instead of rigid rules or extreme plans, I focus on helping you build trust in your daily choices and create habits that feel doable — even when life is busy, stressful, or unpredictable.

I created The Global Harvest RD as a supportive, judgment-free space where healthy habits feel attainable, not stressful. Through evidence-based programs, practical frameworks, and habit-focused methods, I help you move away from starting over and towards consistent progress you can maintain — without guilt, restriction, or perfection.
